4. Bar

5. Guest Toilets

  • Smells nice: air freshener working (if applicable)

  • No graffiti on the back of toilet doors or in cubicles

  • All locks working

  • All lights dust free and working (no bulbs out)

  • Sinks (and around) sparkling, taps working, hot and cold water available

  • Soap dispensers at least half full and clean

  • Toilet tissue dispensers full and working

  • Dryers clean and working

  • Disabled toilets sparkling clean, alarm cord should reach the floor- test alarm

  • Toilet checks completed at least every half an hour

6. Cellar and Bottle Store

  • Team notice boards are being used/updated

8. Uniform

  • Managers wearing business attire smart & professional (appropriate to day of week)

  • Management wearing the steak school badge & team Plus 1 badges

  • Black trousers/knee length skirt/black tights or socks, black polished shoes, clean and ironed service cloth, top button & tie,<br>
