Has the centrifuge cover been opened and cleaned?

Has the centrifuge level been checked

Have the bearings be greased

Is there any excessive bearing noise or vibration

Inspect all items listed below: Visual Inspection, Cleanliness, Mount Bolts, Vibration Dampers, Feed Hose, Belt Quality,Bowl unlocked (Transport brackets), Bowl Cover Secure, Bearing Temperature, Bearing (Visual/Noise/Vibration Check), Centrifuge Clear, Discharged Chute, Labels and Signage, Electrical Wiring and Trunking, Lid Sensor, GS-Coupling Sensor, GS-Coupling, Corrosion, Grease nipples (x4)

Is the pump operational?

Is the float switch opperational?

Inspect all items listed below: Visual Inspection, Cleanliness, Mount Bolts, Guarding, Suction Flange and Gasket, Discharge Flange, Gasket & Spool, Priming, Float Switch condition, Electrical Wiring & Trunking, Centrifuge Inlet Hose, Corrosion, Leaks

List and photograph ALL items in poor condition.

Is the pump functional?

Inspect all items listed below: Inlet Assembly, Inlet Mount Bolts, Inlet Fittings, Inlet Ring Seal, Inlet Filter Basket, FLOC Basket

Are all the controls functional?

Inspect all items listed below: Isolator Switch, E-Stops, Amber Phase Fail / Rotation Fault Light, Red System Fault Light, Green System Running Light ,Blue Control Power On Light, Emergency Reset Button, Red Clutch Disengaged Indicator Light, Transfer Pump Switch, Feed Pump Switch, Centrifuge ON / OFF Switch, Tower Lights Switch, Agitation Switch, Digital Display Panel, Flashing Beacon, VSD's, Control Panel Door Locks, Exterior Control Panel Structural, Interior Control Panel Structural, Electrical General, Warning and Labels, Unit Number Identification, Electrical Cable, Lighting Tower, Lighting Mount Bolts
