  • Are there signs up about what can and cannot be put into the trash chutes or dumpsters? Do they have a spring clean up day planned and organized?

  • Are the dryer vent tubing cleaned regularly, at least annually? Check that they are attached to the dryers properly.

  • Are preventative measures taken against, leaks, fires, or other hazards in this area?

  • Does the property have a pool or hot-tub?

  • Are surfaces in this area slip resistant?

  • Does this area have a locked entrance?

  • Is this area equipped with life saving equipment (Ring Buoy, Shepard's Crook, Depth Marking)
