Model Store FOH - 7 points available

• 1. Store layout to the matrix and the replen database (for Supply Chain) completed and submitted back?

• 2. Correct shelf height implemented and has correct profiling?

• 3. Merchandising reflects model store pictures ensuring any Cut & Grow guidance has been captured correctly?

• 4. Check that model Store POS guidelines are followed correctly i.e. Customer Favourites, 99p talkers (minimum 3 per bay/max 5), Bus Stops, Healthcare stripping etc.....

• 5. Discretionary space agreed and being used correctly i.e. low level, back of windows, deflectors?

• 6. Any additional updates which have been communicated since week 1 via the Focus On etc... have been captured as part of the stores merchandising i.e. Salon Selective range , One Lite etc....

• 7. Has all model store equipment been received and any further requirements captured ready for ordering via UCD first week of February?

• 1. Warehouse setup as per SMC/Model store principles and evidence that stock has been worked as stores have merchandised?

• 2. Damages station setup and evidence that it is in use?

• 3. Office correctly setup with any old information removed and work station cleaned with files set up.

• 4. Back areas including staff room, toilets and walkways are clean and tidy?
