Monday Downstairs
-
Deep clean dishwasher inside, Pull dishwasher and clean floor underneath.

Clean the kitchen preparation area shelfs and bench with a sponge and warm soapy water and organise the items on the shelfs.

Move the Tall Milk fridge and clean the floor underneath both ice machine and fridge. Deep clean the fridge inside, using sponge and warm soapy water. Once clean reorganise the milk inside following FIFO

Move coffee and chocolate racks and clean the floor underneath.

Move Rack with the blue paper on top and clean behind and underneath.

Move the Tall fridge close o the toilet and clean the floor underneath. Deep clean the fridge inside, using sponge and warm soapy water. Once clean reorganise the items inside following FIFO.
Monday Bar area

Pastries display Glass cleaning and bottom cleaning. Till area and underneath clean and organise.

Clean the coffee machine, sides, top and bottom. Make sure to organise the cups once you finish to clean.

Clean the Grinder. (Only trained personnel allowed to clean grinders)

Clean cupboard underneath coffee machine 3 shots.

Clean the rubbish bins underneath the coffee machine with sponge and warm soapy water. Also clean the floor.

Clean the counter, including the front part visible to customers and the bottom skirt. Using sponge and warm soapy water.
