  • Exterior storage areas are clean, tidy and lockable when not in use

  • Exterior storage areas are securely fitted and not damaged

  • Are there any items observed or within internal/external storage that are prohibited? If YES, then list and a correction action must be listed.

  • If prohibited item(s) observed, photograph prior to removal.

Interior and Exterior Areas: all responses in this section showing an anomaly then a 'Corrective Action' must be entered.
