Checklist

  • Has the correct information been supplied to the haulier to complete the movement order? Load Specification?

  • Has the haulier completed the necessary documentation, I.e., Movement order?

  • Is the movement order information correct? Description of the load? i.e. Structure, Dimensions and Weight.

  • Complete a review of the vehicle and load information

  • Complete a dimensional check of the load - Length, Width and Height.

  • Complete a dimensional check of the overall length of the vehicle, and length of the trailer.

  • Provide images of the load on the trailer

  • Has rubber anti-friction matting been used?

  • Have the Tyre Pressures, Tyre Tread, Engine Oil Dip, Fire Extinguisher, and First Aid Kit, been checked on the vehicle?

  • What has secured the load to the vehicle? Straps, Chains or Lashings?

  • Have the correct marker boards and lights been applied to the vehicle/load?

  • Provide images of the loaded vehicle from multiple angles.( no limit of images)
