Site Visitor Standard – Audit

Documentation

  • Washroom - Instructions for visitors to wash hands, sanitize high touched areas and wear a mask while entering acommodations and using washroom.

  • Non -conformances - Plan and procedure to address and communicate non-conformances.

Site Observation

  • Visitor arrival locations - Entrance and departure areas have foot print management plan and hygiene stations.

  • Site access around facility - Site buildings and cages have foot print management plan and hygiene stations. Review directional arrows walkways or pathways, entrance and exits out of buildings, “no go” zones, etc.

  • Meeting locations - Identified meeting locations with instruction /directions.

  • PPE areas / zones - Are there different areas requiring specific PPE supporting social distancing and hygiene requirements.

  • Visitor eating areas - Designated areas for meal breaks that have social distancing and hygiene stations.

  • Signs / instruction in washrooms - Instruction requirement to wash hands, sanitize high touch areas and wear a mask.

Pre Arrival Plan

  • Scheduling and planning - Site plan to ensure visitor request, number of visits and scheduling are following Company policy.

  • Covid safety kits - Site plan confirmation that visitors are equipped with a Covid travel kit for site arrival.

  • Pre-visit orientation - Communication plan and directions where to enter site, meeting point and first hand washing / sanitizing location.

  • Pre-arrival site orientations - Pre-arrival communication to explain and familiarize the visitor how to arrive and enter site.

Site Orientations

  • Health checks - Manager is requesting a health check with the visitor

  • Orientation / meeting area - Location has adequate social distancing and hygiene standards. Is there 2 meter markers prepared.

  • Orientation – Job specific - Review site specific instructions and directions while on site.

  • Orientation – Emergency procedures - Review standard emergency response information, muster area, tsunami plan, fire response.

  • Orientation – Covid related PPE - Different levels of PPE that will be required in different areas. Is there a plan to identify and explain where and when this is needed.

Foot Print Management

  • No-Go areas clearly identified - Signs, barriers or clear directions for areas visitors do not enter.

  • Washrooms identified - Clearly posted signs indicating how to enter and exit buildings for washroom use.

  • Directional arrows and pathways - All walkways equipped with signage and directions to control people flow on cages, buildings, floats, barges, etc.

  • Break areas for visitors - A clean area for visitors to take nutrition / rest breaks supporting social distancing and hygiene standards.

  • Self isolation plan - Site has identified pathways to avoid/limit communal areas and support self isolation of a person with Covid <br>symptoms.

Site Covid-19 Safety Supplies

  • Inspection - Covid-19 supplies kept in serviceable order, inspected and maintaining inventory to support site visits.

  • Procedural Masks - Stock Stocked and readily available.

  • Nitrile gloves - Stock Stocked and readily available.

  • Hand Sanitizer - Stock Stocked and readily available.

  • Kleenex - Stock Stocked and readily available.

  • Wipes - Stock Stocked and readily available.

  • All senior managers are accountable and site / hatchery / plant managers are responsible to ensure that this standard is adhered to.
