  • The following rules are required when travelling to site. The following information must be fully understood by all personnel traveling to a site.

Checklist

Document Review

  • Safe transportation and for employee with symptoms

  • Request and review site specific procedures how the site will safely support visitors

Travel Plan

  • Notify Manager of site – Date of visit.

  • Verify road transport supports social distancing.

  • Verify water / air transport supports social distancing.

Pre-Work Plan

  • Review Company policy and procedures to complete a safe visit.<br>

  • Confirm with site manage regarding visit approval.

  • Identify a contact person for working alone (if necessary).

  • Identify a check in person for travel. This will require check in / out processes if travelling alone.

  • Check weather. A rise in weather could hinder return travel. Plans must include same day departure.

Nutrition

  • Pack ready to eat meals while on site.

Personal Protective Equipment

  • High vis vest and / or clothing

  • Safety Glasses

  • Steel Toed Boots

  • Utility Gloves

  • Hard Hat

  • Personal Floatation Device (PFD)

  • Hand Held Radio

Covid-19 Protective Equipment

  • Tissues

  • Travel wipes

  • Hand sanitizer

  • Procedural or Cloth Mask

  • Nitrile gloves (Multiple pair)

  • Personal garbage bag(s)

  • Travel bag that can be disinfected.
