If you believe your Cat ladders are too short and extended cats are required please take photos of your set up showing that your cats are too short (this can be done by putting your cat ladders on roof or by using 5 x 1M rods)

If the job is a tenement building/flats is there access into the roof space and is it unlocked or does customer have the key please include picture of access?
