Naracoorte Lucindale Council - Contractor Management Hazard Identification

This form is to be completed by the Project Manager/Council Representative prior to requesting quotes or completing request for tender documentation. This form is to be supplied to Councils Procurement Officer to add Licence and Permit requirements to Vendorpanel as per Councils Contractor Engagement Process. Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Contractor is able to demonstrate their ability to effectively address the hazards identified for the specific contract work prior to being awarded the contract. If the Contractor is unable to demonstrate their ability to effectively control the hazards identified and does not have the Licences and Permits, the contractor can not be engaged for the works.
