Acknowledgement I acknowledge receipt of the company owned equipment detailed below. I understand and agree that I must maintain the equipment in good order at all times and report any defects immediately to the company. I also specifically understand and agree that this equipment is to be removed from the company vehicle and stored in a secure place every evening and weekend or any other time ie holidays when the vehicle is left unattended for prolonged periods. I agree that this equipment must be returned upon demand and at all times remains the property of NC Contract Services.
