Scoring Information

  • If the Trainee scores less than 45 we will not require their services.

  • A score of between 45 - 65 We need to monitor closely on the usual 4 weeks probation, with a weeks backup visit booked for their 2nd week on the road, to witness & evidence their progress and feed back to the Survey Department

  • A score of 65 and above will need minimum supervision, with a 2 day backup visit booked for their 2nd week on the road, to witness & evidence their progress and feed back to the Survey Department
