  • Check all car park lighting and note any lights out including Westfield and the Major Signage

  • Count all trolleys left in car parks and write their locations

Travelators

  • Make sure all the travelators are turned off after trade

  • Travelator Time Checked

Toilets

  • Check for unauthorised person in toilets at the end of trade

Security Control

  • Security Control in a neat and tidy condition upon change of shift

  • Check that all DVR's are recording and operating correctly

  • All relevant paperwork submitted to Security Manager

  • Completed all tasks assigned to you by the Supervisor

  • Security email checked and relevant info put into diary or pass onto the relevant person

Fire Control Room

  • Check for Any isolations on the fire panel and note if they are in the isolations log after and end of trade

Tenancy & Kiosk Checks

  • Check tenancies to make sure they are secure

  • Check kiosks and make sure they appear to be secured. Do not enter the kiosk to check

Welfare Checks

  • Centre Name, Guard Name & the time you receive a call

  • Centre Name, Guard Name and the time you receive a call
