MANUAL CALL POINTS

SERVICING AND SPARES

  • Is there a contract for servicing? (Specify why, if not)

  • Are appropriate spares held on site? (E.g. Spare break glasses)

DOCUMENTATION

  • Has a cause-and-effect chart been raised for this installation?

  • Does the system perform to the chart for each listed requirement?

  • Is the service record card completed, and left in the Control Panel?
