EXPERIENCE CENTRE

  • Check fixtures including the toilet roll holder in the bathroom for being loose

  • Check toilet for any leakages

KITCHEN

  • Is the water supply adequate?<br><br>Note: check for any water leaks

  • Are electrical switches, powerleads, plugs and appliances in good working order and test and tagged?

BATHROOMS

  • Check toilets to make sure are in working order

  • Check for any water leaks to the basins and mixers

  • Is the lighting and ventilation adequate?

  • Check shower in the men's bathroom for any water leaks

  • Check toilet roll holders, towel rings are secured?

COMMENTS

  • Once the inspection is completed, forward the checklist to Danny O'Sullivan (Operations Manager)
