Can you show me your documented procedure for monitoring areas of the organization that can cause illness and injury - this might be in the risk management procedure. (auditor: looking to see they monitor things like noise, effectiveness of controls, first aid kits updated, calibration of equipment incl forklifts)

If noise management is an issue for the organization - risk assessments of noise and records of regular noise monitoring need to be sighted

Incident investigation procedures are required to be in place - can you show me your procedure?

Can you show me the most recent incident investigation report

Can you show me corrective action recorded as a result of incident investigation

Can you show me your program and/or procedures for OHSMS audit or workplace inspection reports

Can you show me the minutes of where results of audits have been provided to management and employees or another mechanisms you use to communicate these

The audit procedure must cover the scope, frequency, methodologies, competences and responsibilities for conducting no reporting results. Check the document against these criteria

Can you show me the management review procedure? And minutes from the last review. (auditor: must see commitment to continual improvement, frequency of review, documentation discussed at review that shows commitment to effectiveness of the system and looking at achievement of objectives)
