  • All lights working and positioned correctly - Calls logged for non working lights?

  • Are the windows and fascia clean and dust free - no excess fish line, no decal residue, glass washed inside and out?

  • Are the mannequins in good condition - Share images of damages to your vm for quotations.

  • Are the campaign posters hanging straight and level to each other, measured from the deck according to the lastest comms?

  • Are all the window messages/decals applied correctly?

  • Front door shoe stands - size 4/5 ladys and 7/8 mens. All shelves aligned. All shoes priced under heels area. All laces tucked in. All shoes aligned to the front and outside edge of shelves?

  • Is the lightbox Illuminated and clean?

Front Tables

  • Is the front table setup as per latest comms.

  • Are the piles of stock level, in size order and with size stickers?

  • Is stock maximised to fill up the tables?

  • Are there add on items on the table (where possible/applicable)

  • Mannequin busts used on the middle of focal walls, standing straight and in a grouping of 3 or 4?

  • Mannequin busts dressed as per directive with high styling standards. Stock on busts must be available on the respective wall/table

Instore

  • Sides of rails equipped with accessory options that work within the lifestyle - check all rails

  • Key outfit builds throughout, with high volume lines in key sightlines. Siderails flowing with over and under items.

  • Are displays implemented to guidelines and adapted to stories successfully - Dressups, add on items, etc…

  • Is all top shelves the same height throughout the store

  • Sizes replenished in 8 per style (side hanging) 12 per style (face outs)

  • Max styles on U bars/rails - Small = 3 - Single = 4 - Double = 7 - Check all rails on floor and walls

  • Fragmentation management - Odd items 4 units or less (excludes sale promo items) to be removed

  • All all price changes done - check last 3 price changes

  • Are all sale items priced correctly - check 10 sale items - they should have the original and the latest price on the reduced sticker?

  • Check replenishment of 5 styles and size curves of 5 styles

  • World Class standards throughout - Check walls/rails/tables

  • Correct hangers used with items hung correctly and in size order.

  • High folding standards throughout store with size stickers and all flatpacks folded the wider way - orders on stickers placed if any missing

  • No duplications of tops on the floor (exception will be made for bottom options)

  • Are the special details on the clothes being shown effectively as per directive

  • Are the front facing garments steamed across the floor including bottoms/dresses/skirts

  • Floor and shelves clean and free of dust

  • Lighting working across the floor and repositioned to suit - calls logged for broken lights/bulbs

  • Has all product been tagged correctly

  • Are all price tags neatly hidden inside each garment

  • Piles of stock on tables and shelves are the same height

  • Stock under the tables are together as per stockroom principle

  • All collar buttons fastened on mens shirts and golfers, all tees sleeves rolled (faceouts)

POS Area

  • Is the tv on (call logged if not) or are the hooks holding displays as per latest VMD

  • No boxes or crates behind POS

  • Counter clean and dust free.

  • Fragrances displayed with testers. Is lip balm visible on counter for customers

  • Scarves hung neetly at equal heights from left to right with all prices repositioned neetly behind

  • No more than 3 scarves per style.

  • Is a FF A6 tent card on counter to create awareness

Accessory bays and accessory stand

  • Order of items flowing from top to bottom (in order of where they are worn on a person)

  • Pegs aligned per category top to bottom and left to right

  • Are all pegs the same size (per category)

  • Are all bags stuffed correctly

  • Are sunglass holders full and mirror clean

Denim bars - male and female

  • All denims flowing from tightest fit to loosest fit (front to back and top to bottom.

  • Shelf talkers corresponding per pile, sample pager is within flow of denims with correct fit strap. Price tags and swing tags removed on sample pager and denim legs. Denim legs displayed showing various fits.

  • Piles of denim to max of 8 per cubicle and 5 on shelves with 7 spaces between shelves

  • Basic denims flat-packed and fashion denims hung opened

Footwear Walls

  • Split between men and woman per the respective sides of the store.

  • All laces tucked in.

  • Categories and styles grouped together starting with seasonal FW.

  • Display legs4/5 for woman and 7/8 for men and all stuffing/swingtags removed

  • Prices stuck neatly under heels of each shoe

  • Sale FW on lowest shelf with signage (or on top shelves when in Sale campaign)

STOCKROOM:

  • Is all VM props/equipment stored safely

  • Is older marketing materials discarded

  • Mannequins safely stored to avoid any damages

  • Is stock in stockroom stored together (by category per gender)

  • Is the Footwear in stockroom grouped together by name and in size order, top to bottom?

  • Is the VMD printed in color and filed.

  • Are the current promos printed and stuck behind SR door (summarized list)

Promotions:

  • Is all current promos active and visible on the floor

  • Is the correct signage used with all styles grouped together - check styles on promo vs item list

  • Replenishment - Check size availability of 5 items on the various promos

  • Does all team members know about all promos - cross check with 2 team members
