Chemical use

  • Freezer temp are -14 to -20, Chiller are 0 to 4, Bun o matic are 96 degrees Celsius, Blancher are 100 degrees

Staff grooming and Uniform

  • Staff grooming and performance and personal hygiene are according to OldTown requirement, Proper disposable hand gloves are being use

Form of Deity or religious statue

  • There are no any form of Deity or religious statue are present in outlet premises

MOD

  • All MOD on duty are Shift certified by Training dept and its license are still within expiry date
