    What to look for
    F10 Notification to the HSE, Insurance Certificates, H&S Policy Statement, Construction Phase Plan or Small Works Plan developed, updated and signed into by all appropriate persons.

    2 "Is there adequate provision for welfare on site for the size and duration of the project?
    Consider the number of site personnel and type of work being completed."
    What to look for
    Does the welfare provision comply with what has been detailed in the Construction Phase Plan or Small Works Plan.
    Are there adequate number of toilets for the amount of persons on site and adequate provisions available, kettle, fridge, microwave, Hot and cold running water, toilets.
    Facilities are clean and in good order.

    3 For all activities - is a suitable & sufficient risk assessment in place for the activities being completed and has it been communicated to site staff?
    What to look for
    All site activities have a valid risk assessment and is signed into by all.
    Permits to work in place for appropraite high risk activities (hot works, excavation etc)

    4 Have site personnel received a site induction, including site-specific hazards & risk controls?
    What to look for
    Completed for all persons on site.

    5 Site personnel – are all relevant individual competency records available on site?
    What to look for
    "CSCS, MPORS, CPCS, Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling, Face Fit Tests

    Unauthorised Access; PPE; Site Hazard Board; Live Board; Fire Signage (muster point/emergency routes); First Aid; Men at Work.
