Are all fridges bottled up and presentable?

Is the back bar fully stocked and free of clutter?

Is the coffee machine on and fully stocked?

Are all tables clean and setup? (2 or 4 food menus, 1 drink, 1 breakfast & 1 lunch deal/seasonal)

Are the toilets clean, smelling fresh and fully stocked? (Toilet rolls in holders)

Has sufficient fruit been prepped for the day?

Kitchen all set and ready for service?

All food in date?

Has the book been filled in? (Temps and opening tasks)

Fire escapes free of clutter?

Is the bin yard tidy and free of litter?

Has the gas been turned on in the cellar?

Have all the empties been removed from the cellar?

Has start of day been completed?

Have line checks been completed?

Have the Tills been updated?

AWPs been re-filled? (If no refill is required write “NRN” followed by the time you checked)
