  • Verify the lead rider has logged any issues on Papaya, and follow up on progress towards resolution if needed

  • Ensure tasks on Trello are assigned, deadlines are set, and overdue tasks are addressed

  • Respond to customer service queries and resolve issues via Slack and emails

  • Ensure Electrolux laptop is online

  • Ensure bikes and van are clean and operational

  • Complete daily quality check for finished items

  • Check that packed items are stored correctly and stacked for delivery without creasing

  • Check wash temperatures. If the team is using high temperatures of Gentle 40, understand why and have coaching conversations, if needed
