Plumbing

  • Confirm all plumbing is fully functional including adequate hot water in every shower, bath and sink throughout the entire property

  • Turn on all the faucets (including the showerhead) and verify that they have hot/cold water, check<br>that they don’t spray water, and don’t leak when turned off.

  • Check shower steam functions are working properly (if not hard wired, note to change batteries)

  • Check water pressure is adequate.

  • Check if anti scald devices installed in showers

  • Check if bidets are installed in all bathrooms

  • Utility sink can be filled and drains properly

  • Flush toilets to make sure they’re working properly also, quietly listen to the toilet to make sure it’s not running.

  • All sinks and tubs drain properly and quickly.

  • Bathrooms are free from mold, water damage,<br>and standing water under, on or around the sink, shower, and base of the toilet

AV Systems

  • If there is a theater, confirm equipment is in fully operational and functional, including speakers and Crestron, and is maintenanced regularly.

  • Turn on all TV’s and cable/satellite systems (change the channels and verify remotes have batteries)

  • Confirm all Apple TVs or streaming device working

  • Each room that has a TV should has a functioning remotes. All remotes placed on nightstands, coffee tables,<br>kitchen counter tops etc. Place in an obvious place that you would expect to find them.
