SIGNAGE

  • Facility identification signs with emergency contact numbers are secure and properly installed in a noticeable location.

  • Regulation signs are present and placed where necessary for the user to easily view.

FOOTBALL FIELDS

  • Fields are level and free of hazardous (e.g. holes, rocks, ruys, glass, etc.).

  • Grass is mowed and neatly trimmed.

  • Fencing is erect and in good condition.

  • Goals are properly installed, padded, and in good condition.

  • Scoreboards are in good working condition.

  • Call boxes are in good condition with no signs of structural failure or vandalism.

  • Courts surface is smooth with no cracks, gaps, missing cement, insect infestations(e.g. ant piles) or overgrown weeds.

  • Court accessories are properly installed and secure with no broken or missing components.

  • Fencing is erect and in good condition.

PARKING AREA

  • Adequate parking spaces are provided. Paved parking is well maintained and spaces are clearly marked. Gravel parking is graded with no obvious drainage ruts and /or potholes.

  • Area is free of trash, debris, or any others hazards.

LIGHTING

  • Utility poles are well maintained and operational with no empty sockets or burned out bulbs.

  • Adequate lighting throughout the facility.

SURROUNDING AREA

  • Sufficient trash containers are conveniently located.

  • Property boundaries are marked and identifiable.

  • Grass and weeds are maintained.

ACCESSIBILITY

  • Facility meets the requirements of the American with Disabilities Act.
