Machinery - Guarding - Safety

  • Are all dangerous parts guarded and the guards

  • Are all guards in use set to the correct heights

  • Are machine guards in a serviceable condition

  • Emergency stops controls are accessible

  • Are emergency stops tested and functioning correctly

  • Have interlocks been fitted and is so are these functioning correctly

  • LOTO procedure in place and operators trained

  • Machines can be isolated

Environment and Welfare
