    1. Impact Damage causing a Deflection of more than 3mm in a Post (in frame direction) or more than 5mm (in beam direction) over 1 metre. If Deflection is greater the item may need to be Repaired or Replaced.
    2. Impact Damage causing a Deflection of more than 10mm in a Brace over 1 metre. If Deflection is greater the item may need to be Repaired or Replaced.
    3. Impact Damage causing a Beam to buckle on any side may need to be Repaired or Replaced.
    4. If a Beam looks to be Overloaded check the Deflection at the centre. If the Deflection is greater than 1/180 over the Beam Span the Beam is overloaded or Damaged and may need to be Repaired or Replaced.
    5. If in doubt ask the Supplier or Manufacturer for assistance.

    Action Notes:
    1. If damage if less than the limits specified above attach Green Label and Date. Check at next Inspection within 12 months.
    2. If damage is greater than the limits specified above but less than 2 times the limit, attach Amber Label and Date. Instruct Operator or Supervisor not to re-load Racking after removing current items, order materials to be replaced and replace within 4 weeks.
    3. If damage is greater than the limits specified above by more than two times, Attach Red Label and Date. Instruct Operator or Supervisor to immediately empty Racking and not to reuse until repaired, order materials and repair ASAP.
