  • Is the prep area well organised and clean. (Floor, walls and ceilings)

  • Are the walls, floors and ceiling clean and in good condition?

  • Is all chilled equipment clean and well maintained?

  • Is all cutting and slicing equipment clean and maintained?

  • Are the staff areas clean organised and in good condition.

Customer service

  • Are the staff scheduled to the needs of the business?

  • Is the current delivery time under 30 minutes?
