  • Ensure all prepped food products are in date and have been discarded according to discard dates and times?

  • Where the meat and veg items stored in the make line correctly prepared

  • Is the oven and extraction system clean and maintained?

  • Was the dough correctly proofed and within the use by guidelines? (after two days but before 7)

  • Was the dough correctly prepared and docked correctly?

  • Were the Pizza's and any side's prepared correctly?

  • Are the boxes being correctly labelled?

  • Were the driver checklists being completed?

Back Area

  • Are all products in the storage area in date.

  • Are the walls, floors and ceiling clean and in good condition?

  • Is all chilled equipment clean and well maintained?

  • Is all cutting and slicing equipment clean and maintained?

  • IS the bin area clean, maintained with no overflowing bins

Customer service

  • Are the staff scheduled to the needs of the business?

  • Is the current delivery time under 30 minutes?
