Part 145 & Part 42 Documentation & Certification

1.1 Are the CAMP or System of Maintenance inspection sheets the latest revision?

1.2 Are airframe and engine logbook entries correctly entered, certified for and up to date?

1.3 Is the maintenance certified for each stage of maintenance when performed.

1.4 Is maintenance being certified by an appropriately qualified individual.

1.5 Do certifications include a signature and date and company authorisation stamp.

1.6 Where parts are used during maintenance, were the parts listed in the work package? If so, did the entry contain, P/N, S/N, GRN, Authorised Release Certificate details, TSN or TSO

1.7 Are technical log entries being completed and certified of iaw company policies

1.8 Has calibrated tooling has been documented when used during maintenance activities.

1.9 Are there detailed references to approved data and does it include revision status?

1.10 Does the work pack identify the aircraft /component by registration / part number / serial number?

1.11 Are the certifying signatures / initials identifiable?

1.12 Is the approved data at the latest revision status?

1.13 Where approved data has been provided by the customer does the organisation have a statement that all such maintenance data is up to date or it has work orders specifying the amendment status of the maintenance data to be used or it can show that it is on the operator/customer maintenance data amendment list?

1.14 Does the organisation it hold and use the following maintenance data where published;<br>1. The appropriate sections of the operator's maintenance program;<br>2. Aircraft maintenance manual;<br>3. Repair manual;<br>4. Supplementary structural inspection document;<br>5. Corrosion control document;<br>6. Service bulletins;<br>7. Service letters;<br>8. Service instructions;<br>9. Modification leaflets;<br>10. NDT manual;<br>11. Parts catalogue;<br>12. Type certificate data sheet;<br>13. Any other specific document issued by the type certificate or supplementary type certificate holder as maintenance data.

1.15 Does the organisation retain a copy of all detailed maintenance records and any associated maintenance data for three years from the date the aircraft or component to which the work relates was released from the organisation?
