Y-Strainers Checked?

Hydraulic Tank Level Checked?

Ensure Bypass Valves are in Normal Operations

Engine Started and Unit Pressure Tested?

Check Accumulator Gauge For Precharge in Bottles 1,000 PSI

Check Unit Shuts Off at 3,000 PSI

Unit External Leaks?

Check Regulator Set Pressure at 1,000.

Function Test all 4 Way Valves. Open and Close

Check Relief Valves for Leaks
