Vehicle Cleanliness/Valet Standard

  • Check Valet Requested and ensure that correct Valet has been carried out (Gold / Silver / Bronze)

  • All Rubbish Removed

  • Vacuumed and clean Interior

  • Have all Stickers & Glue been Removed

  • Exterior Clean and dried using a Chamois / Leather to remove water marks

  • Stains removed from Upholstry (gold valet only)

  • Have protective Carpet & Seat covers been fitted (gold valet only)

  • Has a full bodywork Polish been performed (gold valet only)

PDI Check

  • Check Correct Number plates against Vin Number and that they are fitted securly front and rear

  • Check if correct LWN fitted

  • Check Body Work for damage

  • Is Aerial removed (NOTE:- Large Vans have the Aerials left fitted)

  • All tyres are compliant and uniform (brand, dimension..on Aftersales/Replacement Parts label attached to NV) and the pressure of all tyres conforms to the Aftersales/Replacement Parts label on the NV (empty load at +/-0.1 Bar )

  • Check the fluid levels/ Engine Oil is correct in the engine compartment (between min + max) Screen wash/Engine Coolant.

  • Check Torque of LWN if fitted

  • Check Battery Levels (EV 80%)

  • No warning lights on the dash board

  • Are matts in the vehicle and fitted where required

  • Shunt fuse moved in the “customer mode” configuration., Use remote if all doors unlock shunt changed if drivers operates only = shunt not changed

  • Check all parts in vehicle against FFA document including loose items

  • Adjustment of all multi-function displays (Radio, date & time, language, thermometer,etc.) according to equipment in line with Country and customer requirements.

  • Check the operation of all electronic equipment according to model, and customer expectations (Electric windows/Mirrors/ Radio/ Heater/ Sat Nav)

  • Check all lights -External lights: position lights, dipped headlights, main beam, brake lights, number plate light, reverse lights, fog lights, indicators and hazards.

  • Seats: check all settings possible and Front and rear seatbelts: state, close, open, height adjustment, lock.

  • Check the function of each key and in each lock.

  • Check the locking / unlocking of all opening / electrical devices (doors, windows, roofs, boot, etc.)

  • Coded anti-theft wheel lock present and compliant (alloy wheels) or wheel trims fitted and valves positioned correctly.

  • Accessories listed in the “Toolkit” document are present in the boot.

  • Spare wheel/Puncture repair kit present.

Paperwork & Checks

  • Battery tester: MIDTRONICS tool EXP 925 PSA (Ref; PR: 9776 EH) is the correct version & the battery test carried out.

  • Battery test result attached to paperwork

  • Diagnostic report is printed & retained on the j/card, Check the j/card to see if Recall is required.

NDR vehicles

  • Correct external stickers attached in the right locations including fuel cap information

  • Correct internal stickers in place and Key ring etc has correrct information logged.

  • Keys and documentation seperated where required and envelope contains correct information
