**** GENERAL ****

  • The venue is currently operating within its liquor licence conditions?

****INCIDENT REGISTERS ****

  • Is the black book register available for immediate inspection – If the venue trades after midnight one or more days per week?

  • Review the last two weeks OLGR book in conjunction with security incident log book – do they match?

**** RSA ****

  • RSA register is complete and available for inspection?

  • BWS/DanMurphy’s RSA’s are complete and kept in Black Box too?

  • Voluntary Signage – Discuss with Ops Managers (Proof of Age, $550 Fines & you will be refused entry from premise if approaching with alcohol)?

  • Sign 1 – Under 18s not to be served alcohol – all premises – to be placed at every bar where alcohol is served.

  • Sign 2 – Under 18s not permitted – all premises with restricted area-to be placed at all entrances to RESTRICTED areas

  • Sign 3 – Under 18 authorisation sign – hotels and public entertainmen venues – This sign must be able to be viewed and read from each entrance to any authorised area

**** INTOX ****

  • Is ‘Game Care – Problem Gambling Counselling & Self Exclusion Scheme prominently displayed at each gaming area or cashier?

  • ‘Play smart, …know your chances on the pokies’ is made available in each gaming area at all times.

  • Play smart brochures are to be displayed (in community languages Upon request) in each area where gaming machines are located.

  • Any gaming machine not working is marked as out of order.

  • Game Care Cards are located on each machine or at the end of each bank of machines.

Self Exclusion Scheme

  • Ensure a notice is displayed in any area where Gaming machines are located and contains the following information:

  • Name & Contact details of the problem gambling counselling service

  • Statement advising that a self exclusion scheme is available in the hotel for patrons

  • Name & contact details of a person who can assist the patron to join the self-exclusion

  • Provision of problem gambling counselling services -Ensure the following RCG material is displayed / available, on each gaming machine

  • “THINK” Sticker visibly displayed on all Gaming Machines, Note Breakers, Coin Dispenser

Ensure the following RCG material is displayed / available, within the gaming room or cashier:

  • Current AHA Code of Conduct Posters

  • N.S.W. Liquor Industry Code of Practice Poster

  • Current AHA Self Exclusion posters

**** ATM ****

  • ATM is not located where approved gaming machines are located

  • “3 in 1 sticker” visibly displayed on ATM or the wording as per the Think Sticker in “Larger than Size 12 Times New Roman Font”

  • Ensure the 3 in one sticker is the" Know about your Choices"
