Venue Visuals and look

  • Outdoor Signages and outdoor lights are on and functioning

Toilets

  • Check men’s and women’s restrooms for cleanliness, mirrors are spotless, the counter is clean and the room is fresh smelling. For man toilets (urinals cleaned in and out)

  • The tissues dispenser are on and functioning,stocked with the correct type of tissues (auto cut not maxi roll)

  • Lights are on and functioning

  • Cleaners schedule sheet printed and at the door ready for the cleaners to use

Bar Area

  • Bar Received his alcohol order,vegetable order,disposables and general items

  • Check bar for set up, cleanliness and stock to par levels

  • Bar area, Stations, counters are neat, clean and organized

Game Zone

  • Foosball tables in place and functioning

  • Table tennis functioning and have rackets and balls available

  • Kids area clean and games are functioning and on

  • Make sure pool tables are cleaned, and balanced, sticks are in place along with the chock, and have the full sets of balls inside(nothing stuck inside the table)

Stewarding area and preparation area

  • All used cutlery, crockery, dinner and glassware are cleaned and dried

  • Dishwashing machine hot water temperature is accurate 55-65 C Detergent and 80C for Rinse

  • Glass and silverware are polished

  • Bar preparation/shisha room area cleaned properly with all equipment back to where they belong

Back of the House and Technology

  • Check with the purchasing if all orders are received(consumable, frozen,dry, alcohol and vegetables
