Quality Control Audit Questions

  • Check Flooring (marks, scuffs, spilts, stains)

  • Check Internal Walls (marks, scuffs, holes, silicone, glue)

  • Check top trims are fixed correctly

  • Check Ceiling Boards

  • Check Notice Boards (in good condition - free of pins)

  • Check Windows (open/close correctly, clean & no cracks)

  • Check Internal Doors (open/close correctly, seal is good)

  • Check Keys - Minimum x 2 (ensure keys are correct and turn in lock mechanism)

  • Check Canteen Sink, Cupboard, Work top (check silicone is clean & mould free, cupboard is clean inside and doors are square, sink is stain free and clean C/W plug & chain attached to sink.)

  • Check furniture has been laid down for transportation purposes.

  • Check Water Heaters (ensure relevant warning stickers are fitted)

  • Check Consumer Unit (unit number, blanks covered, cover in place, stickers in place)

  • Valid Electrical Certificate issued

  • Check Electrical Heaters (secured to wall, cable neat & tidy)

  • Check Electrical Sockets (no damage, cracks, switches turn on/off)

  • Check Lighting (defusiers fitted correctly, clean, all the same type,)

  • Check appliances are PAT Tested unless hard wired

  • Check WHB & Sinks (clean, no damage, no rust on brackets, fore arm fits in sink as per CDM Regs)

  • Check Plumbing & Fittings (ensure pipework is secured to wall with brackets, pipe collars fitted where pipe penetrates walls, ensure taps do not drip and function correctly)

  • Check sanitary unit flooring is in good condition & not stained

  • Check WC's are fitted correctly & seats are not broken

  • Check Showers (check tray for stability, curtain is clean & free from rips, doors open & close as they should)

  • Check Urinals (if waterless, new cartridges are fitted)

  • Check Livery signage (ensure unit number is clearly marked on unit & PH stickers are in correct positions & in good condition)

  • Check External paintwork (check for holes & rust on all sides)

  • Check External doors (ensure locks are functional and doors close/open & seal correctly)

  • Check Keys - Minimum x 2

  • Check Window shutters (undamaged & open/close easily)

  • Ensure all doors and window shutters are secured for transportation

  • Check Lifting eyes and guides (lifting points should not be bent, stretched or damaged)

  • Check forklift pockets

  • Check towing hitch is servicable (straight and not bent)

  • Check jockey wheel is complete and operates correctly

  • Check breakaway cable is present and secure

  • Check electronic hand held hydraulic panel is present & operates correctly

  • Check locking cone pins are present & serviceable

  • Check cone for damage, dents,

  • Check handbrake works and functional

  • Check foldaway step on mobile office/canteen

  • Check wheels are functional, tread, trye pressures, wheel nuts

  • Store/container Floor swept clean

  • Internal store/container walls
