Does the Shop Window/Back Bar look correct to the customer?

Is the back bar filled correctly?

Do all bottles have a stopper on it? (Pour spout, Champagne stopper, cork)

Is all the bar lighting working? (external and internal)

Does the bar have a working set of pour test scales?

Are all pdqs operational and clean?

Are till screens clean and free of dust?

Is the bar back area clean and glass washers operational and clean?

Does the bar have enough glassware on it?

Are cellars clean and organized, equipment in working order?

Are all gas cylinders buckled up or laid flat?

Are ice machines clean?

Is the coffee machine clean and operational?

Does each station have appropriate equipment on it?

Are fruit and wines date-labelled correctly?

Can one of the bartenders pass one of the following tests (Core Manual, Spec Pop Quiz, Drinks L1 Test, Rules of the Playground)?

Open bartender on time, on their marks?

Are all bars equipped with wet floor signs?

Are all bars equipped with functional first aid box?

Have all straw caddies been cleaned and reset?

Have fridges been pulled out and cleaned behind? Check each bar.

Line clean presented within last 6 weeks?

Are draught taps clean and presentable (facing right way, no stickers or homemade labels, no glass to indicate OOS)?

Are all products fully stocked where appropriate? (Check with ordering manager about any OOS)

Are station legs and framework clean and free of rust/damage?
