  • Open bartender on time, on their marks?

  • Are all bars equipped with wet floor signs?

  • Are all bars equipped with functional first aid box?

  • Have all straw caddies been cleaned and reset?

  • Have fridges been pulled out and cleaned behind? Check each bar.

  • Line clean presented within last 6 weeks?

  • Are draught taps clean and presentable (facing right way, no stickers or homemade labels, no glass to indicate OOS)?

  • Are all products fully stocked where appropriate? (Check with ordering manager about any OOS)

  • Are station legs and framework clean and free of rust/damage?
