  • A - Portable Fire Extinguishers. When was the last service completed?

  • B - Fire Hose Reels. When was the last service completed?

  • C - Fire Doors. When was the last service completed?

  • D - Fire Alarm System. When was the last service completed?

  • E - Fire Sprinkler System. When was the last service completed?

  • F - Fire Hydrants. When was the last service completed?

  • G - Fire Indicator Panel (FIP). Are there any faults on the panel that require rectification?

  • H - Emergency Lighting & Exit Signs. When was the last service or test completed?

  • I - Early Warning Intercommunication System (EWIS). When was the last service or test completed?

  • 2. Are Fire Cupboards (fire hose reel storage, etc) clean and free from stored materials and rubbish?

Emergency Management

  • 7. Are boom gates, ticket machines and pay stations clean and presentable?

Landscaping

  • 1. Are landscaped areas well presented & free from rubbish and debris?

  • 2. Is there any weed growth?

  • 3. What is the state of the lawn?

  • 4. Do the gardens and / or trees require maintenance?

  • 5. Are there any issues with surrounding fences?

  • 6. Please provide additional comments. Examples include: Hedging, fallen branches, mulching, edging, grass clippings etc.

Plant & Equipment

  • 1. If applicable, does the car park ventilation system appear to be working correctly?
