Load test maintenance generator set.
Starting instructions using (DSE Automatic mains failure module).
1 Check fuel tank. (ORDER diesel if short)
2 Check oil
3 Check water
4 Check Batteries Internal batt Charger.
5 Check Volt meter for condition of Battery.
5a Manual start Only checks if motor runs.
A. Turn controller to manual then start on control panel. (motor will start)
B. Run motor until oil pressure is up and running smoothly. (About 3 minutes)
C. To shut down. Press off button then press to the AUTO setting.
5b Or Automatic start (preferred) Checks if motor runs & auto changeover works.
6 A. Leave generator on AUTO.
B. Switch Main switch from ENERGEX to OFF.
7 Check voltage meter to read 240/415volt
8 Check power to sheds.
9 To go back to ENERGEX power and stop motor, Turn Main switch back to the ENERGEX setting.
10 Allow for run down time to shut down Gen set.
11 Make sure that ENERGEX power is turned back on after test.
12 On shut down, depending on how long motor has run, Check fuel again and ORDER if short.
13 Check power to sheds on return to ENERGEX mains power.
