  • Check and confirm that all drains are clear either through a visual inspection at an access point or via camera

  • If inspection is not possible the drains need to be flushed with a high flow of hot water (>60 degrees) for at least 1 minute

  • Any filters are to be checked to confirm if replacement or cleaning is required

  • Check a high flow of water evacuation to the grease trap at the access inspection point

  • All water evacuation points are to be checked within the building footprint

  • Completed this checklist and uploaded document into CAFM work order. Upload drain list with confirmation each drain has been checked

  • Created a related work order for any defects identified during this PM routine
