• 
  1. Full PPE must be worn at all times on a Construction site consisting of:
  
  - High Visibility Jacket
  - High Visibility vest
  - High Visibility Over Trousers
  - Black Safety Shoes/Boots
  
  In addition you must always have the following with you:
  
  - Protective Eyewear
  - Work Gloves
  
  2. If you are found not to be wearing full PPE on a construction site a warning in line with ProActive Security Disciplinary Policy (PO21) will be issued.
  
  3. In addition to full PPE. full uniform must be worn at all times during your deployment on any site/business premises. Company uniform consists of the following:
  
  - High Visibility Jacket
  - High Visibility Vest
  - Proactive Security White Logo Shirt
  - Proactive Security Black Logo Tie
  - Proactive Security Black Logo Fleece or V Neck Jumper
  - Black Safety Boots/Shoes
  - Proactive Security ID Badge
  - SIA Licence on show
  
  4. If you are found to be wearing another Companies PPE or personal PPE/uniform (unless instructed otherwise by management) a warning in line with our Disciplinary Policy (PO21) will be issued and you will be provided with Proactive Security Company uniform immediately.
  
  5. If you are found to be wearing another Companies PP in line with our Disciplinary Policy (PO21) you may be dismissed immediately until a hearing has been organised.
  
  6. If you are found to be in breach of your PPE and uniform code of conduct you will be provided with a replacement immediately. You will be charged for your replacement. A signed equipment declaration must be completed HR8A
  
  7. If you require additional PPE/uniform please inform the Office, Supervisor/Operation Manager immediately and a replacement will be sent. In the meantime you must wear your allocated PPE/uniform.
  
  8. You must be presentable at all times
  
  9. It is your responsibility to ensure your uniform is clean at all times.
  
  - Uniform must be washed and pressed
  - Safety boots must be kept as clean as reasonably possible
  
  10. No unauthorised person must wear the Companies PPE or your personal Proactive Security logo uniform. In line with the Companies Disciplinary Policy (PO21) you may be dismissed immediately until a hearing has been organised.
  
  11. All Company PPE must be returned on the termination of your employment. You have 7 days to return your full PPE. On receipt your final PAYE will be issued.
