Scope Of The Inspection
-
This is a visual inspection of the listed items only; it is not a warranty, guarantee, or certification of the pool/spa or its equipment. This pool/spa report is a visual inspection and operational test of the above ground equipment only. Inspection of pool/spa surfaces for leaks or concealed pool/spa components are not within the scope of this inspection.
Marsite and plaster coatings are considered cosmetic and discoloration is typical. Marsite tends to discolor and pit over time.
The pool was not drained for the inspection. It is not possible to check the filtering system for its efficiency or if leaking is occurring. If you have concerns as to the functioning capabilities or life expectancy of the pool components, it is recommended that a pool specialist perform the needed inspection.
Pool Safety Tips
-
Fence the pool and install self-closing and self-latching gates that are out of reach of children.
Secure all doors and windows leading to the pool area.
Keep rescue equipment by the pool.
Place tables and chairs away from the fence to prevent children from climbing into the pool area.
Keep a telephone by the pool so you don’t have to leave children unattended while answering a telephone inside the house.
Do not use flotation devices as substitutes for supervision.
Keep toys away from the pool. A young child playing could accidentally fall into the water.
