Working area left clean and tidy by other trades

Works by all preceding trades are complete & signed off

All windows and doors installed

All reveals/corner beads are square and plum

Check hidden areas i.e under and around window boards,radiator pipes and pipes in the cupboard

All Access panels fitted

Any other issues in the plot i.e patches or damages to walls or ceilings that requires site instruction.

All the work has been sanded down neatly and the plot is left dust free .

Area left clean and tidy ready for handover
