Pre-opening Checks

  • Both sauna & steam room have been switched on & checked for safety/cleanliness

  • Have all night housekeeping cleaning checks been completed?

  • Locker rooms have been checked for safety/cleanliness/tidiness (locker area, showers, Hairdryers, air temperature, slip/trip hazards etc)

  • Music & TV system are on (check sound level throughout the Club)

  • Open the club & switch on the lifts at 05:30 am (08:00 am Sat & 10:00 am Sun)

  • Detailed building inspection throughout (check all areas for safety/cleanliness/tidiness)

  • Check that 8 high-visibility jackets (for fire evacuation) are available

Post Club opening checks

  • Check Premier Plus for safety/cleanliness/tidiness (sufficient stock level of towels, robes, toiletries, water etc)

  • Check sufficient stock of towels available (any problems report to Royal Jersey)

  • Check blue towel and antiseptic wipes dispensers are full (report to HSK if needs topping up)

  • All maintenance issues have been reported to the Facilities Department (if there are any)

TPR kitchen checks (completed post Club opening)

  • Bins are empty, lids are closed & in a clean condition

  • Oven tops are clean and clear from any food debris

  • The floor is clean throughout and free from any debris or rubbish

  • No evidence of any pets problems such as flies etc
