CHECK THE FUNCTIONALITY AND SAFTEY OF THE CHILDREN'S TROLLEYS(if an issue is found you must document the issue and notify the duty manager- the trolley is to be taken out of circulation)

CHECK THAT ALL TROLLEYS WITH CHILDREN SEATS/ MOUNTED BABY SEATS HAVE WORKING SEAT-BELTS(check that the seat belts are not compromised/ frayed in anyway)

CHOOSE RANDOMLY FIVE(5) TROLLEYS AND CHECK FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• Check there is even floor contact of all four wheels.

• Check that all wheels can move freely.

• Check the trolley over for any damage.

• Check that the trolley is fully functions.
