KPI 2 - Service and Delivery<br>Services are carried out in accordance with maintenance plan/scope/service levels provided during the RFP. <br>Cleaning Service Levels measured via monthly site audits using IAuditor. A score >99 in two consecutive months will constitute a failure of this KPI and financial penalties may be imposed. <br><br>
