Lighting is sufficient and functioning properly?

Product shelves are in their proper locations and in good condition?

Exit signs appear to be in working order?

All exit doors are clearly marked and are clear of any interference?

All exit door alarms appear to be functioning properly?

Door alarms are in proper working order?

Warehouse shelving is secure and shows no signs of bending, warping, or distress?

Warehouse ceiling lights including inside hallways, stairways, and any other storage rooms are in working order?

Receiving doors have peepholes installed to help identify those who are outside?

Electrical panels, rooms, or devices have at least 36" of clearance and are not obstructed in any way?

Conveyor belts, elevators, and escalators appear to be in good shape, run properly, and do not display any risks?

Pallet jacks, hand dollies, and power equipment are in good condition?
