SECTION A

  • Work order present at work station (sales order for shipping

  • Work order ECN level matches that of the current print. Verify that first off was performed if required by the work instruction.

  • Parts in the area have been identified and labeled correctly. (i.e. Tags, Part#, Non Conforming)

  • All required gauges are present, set correctly, maintained properly (clean, not damaged, in proper working condition), and within calibration due date (check both gauge and gauge calibration verification form posted on cell board on in the yellow binder).

  • All operator checks have been completed as per control plan.

  • Operator is aware of the latest customer complaints, quality and/or engineering alerts posted on the accountability board.

SECTION B

  • 5th Wheel Final Assembly (Proper sized brackets (Left & Right), correct orientation of the 5th wheel on the slider, air cylinder free of damage, skidded correctly)

  • Kits - (Kit Area & Axles Kits & Hyundai Kits) Work order and BOM match, all components present, correct ID tag/sticker, Left and Right stickers (if applicable): Ensure the first Off tag (CF09-045) is placed inside the work order package.

  • CF08-058 (Lock Hardness Inspection Results)

  • CF08-102 (MPI system Capability test log)

  • CF08-098 (Magnetic Particle testing log)

  • Yoke Machine center

  • Surface Finish (Visual): Yoke tips are machined completely

  • Yoke Knob centering: Use the gauge at robot 7 (M07-07295-01-1)

  • Lock Machining Center

  • Wingtip Dimension: Use caliper to check the dimension

  • Lock Centering: Use gauge to make sure the locks are cut centered on Saw

  • Chamfer Check: Visual
