  • Have Parking issues been discussed and plans in place

  • PPE Clothing and Safety Equipment Checks been undertaken for serviceability;

  • Is traffic and pedestrian control measures (as per site) in accordance with TMR and is satisfactory for site

  • All workers have been advised of the site Emergency Planning and Response expectations, including the location of the Assembly area, Emergency Equipment, Nearest Hospital, and Contact details.

Quality Assurance Installations

  • Has plastic been removed and Tops cleaned? (only remove if non builder)

  • Do any tops need to be remade or have any issues?

  • Have under mount sinks and/or basins been installed?

  • Has all Clean up/Removal of all project related rubbish been removed and put in allocated bins

  • Take quality assurance pictures of final product, surrounding area and other appropriate pictures

  • Add signature
