Shelving

Security

Bodycams

  • Is a new docking station required? (ensure there is a port for each Bodycam)

iCCTV

  • Mitie or Case Security to be engaged to complete a survey to confirm iCCTV requirements and proposal

  • What type of CCTV system does the store have?

  • If there is existing iCCTV please confirm what kit is installed? (Any kit missing will be required as new)

  • Is the existing iCCTV Commissioned and Live (Incident Support Buttons connecting to support centre when pressed, Speakers making announcements?). If not a commissioning visit will need to be arranged with the Security Contractor and Mitie support centre to make the system Live.

  • Is there a working CCTV monitor on the kiosk which is visible to colleagues?

  • Any other comments re iCCTV?

Digi-locks on Kiosk doors

  • Digi-locks are required to be installed on the existing kiosk doors. Are any adjustments required to facilitate the installation of a digilock?

  • Are there any gaps that would allow the door to be opened externally by reaching over or is the door a Barn door? Identify solution - installation of additional perspex or if a new kiosk door may be required?

  • Add photos of the existing kiosk door

Secure Kiosk / Covid Screens

  • Secure Kiosk Required? *This will be identified on the Lunar programme

  • Eden to be engaged to complete a Secure Kiosk survey and proposal (Richard.Lock@eden-uk.com).

  • Highlight any issues that may impact secure kiosk install, columns / shutters etc?

  • Is there a basement underneath the Kiosk? *Structural survey required by RLB if yes

  • Security Contractor to be engaged to relocate CCTV monitor to a position visible to colleagues in the secure kiosk, and to disable panic buttons on the till positions prior to install and enable post install.

  • IMAC to be engaged to remove / reinstate till IT and the AST attendant screen to enable secure kiosk install

  • Add photographs of the existing Kiosk

  • Are there existing Covid screens on the counter positions? If existing and in good condition - Leave in situ, if existing and damaged - Remove.

  • Any additional call outs regarding the kiosk / frontline?

  • Add photos of existing frontline including any Covid screens and large gaps

Signage

  • Are the opening hours changing?

  • Is a new service panel required to replace the graphics or new opening hour panels for existing service panels?

  • Are new Totem opening hours panels required?

  • Category signage relocations - only possible to ascertain when Stage 6 released however identify if hanging signs or fixed to wall / frieze?

  • Bus stop signs and magnetic fridge signs to be removed by the Main Contactor

Other Equipment

  • Coffee Machine Addition / Removal / Relocation? *Alison Kearsley in Concessions to be engaged for removals / relocations

  • Hot food Counter Removal / Relocation? If removal can unit be taken by the ERC for re-use?

  • Parcel Lockers - has the store been identified in clash with the lockers install programme

  • Are there potential locations for lockers (select all that apply)?

  • Please identify potential locker locations and take photographs to share with InPost *Contractor to provide separate cost for electrical services install if locker confirmed.

  • New shelving stripping? *By exception only where essentially required due to significant damage or missing

  • Feature light tracking removal? *Only where an electrician is already required for other scope items

BWIC / Making good

  • Floor Repairs - replacement floor tiles, patch repairs, colour match filler etc
