  • Developed a Site Specific Safety Plan with Foreman.

  • Reviewed on site Quality Control Program with the Foreman.

Managing the Project

  • Schedule initial meeting with GC to discuss issues and expectations for the upcoming project.

  • Order materials for project once prices have been established.

  • Processed Change Orders for extra work requests from the GC that changes the Scope of Work<br>that was originally defined in the contract.

  • Completed and processed the "Extra Work to be Performed" form for work requested by the GC<br>that is not defined in our Scope of Work.

  • Participated in the Weekly Project Meeting to review the status of the project.

  • Conducted Weekly Job Site visits. Completed Job Site Visit Report. Reviewed with Foreman

Job Close Out

  • Conducted Evaluation Meeting with GC and completed Customer Evaluation Checklist.

  • Completed the Project Close Out Checklist.

  • Scheduled and conducted Post Job Review Meeting. Completed Post Job Review Checklist.

  • Worked with Foreman to complete GC's Punch List on timely basis
