Community Food & Colleague Shop

  • Review Pink (Bakery) Green (Produce) cages - are the bags the new style bags? (Clear with a colour strip on them) Do all bags in the cage have a sticker with store number and name on them?

Transfers

  • Review transfer folder for Free Fruit For Kids and Colleagues - transfer sheet for each day for last 2 weeks? All transfers show evidence of review and are to correct cost centre 53491?

  • Review Canteen transfer folder - all sheets have evidence of review?

  • Review Customer Cafe transfer folder - all sheets have evidence of review by store and values look consistent?

  • Has all waste been cleared at regular<br>intervals from the checkouts and no put backs left at front end?
